Notice of Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your booking, you must send us a Notice of Cancellation via email at bookings@soulartists.net. The cancellation will be effective from the date we receive your written notice.
Payment Failure: If you fail to make payment to us in accordance with this agreement, we may treat this as a cancellation by you.
Cancellation Charges: If you cancel the booking after the Artiste has confirmed acceptance of the engagement, you will be liable to pay Soul Enterprises FZ LLC a cancellation charge to compensate for any losses and expenses incurred as a result of the cancellation. The cancellation charge is calculated as follows:
a. A full refund, excluding a 20% agency fee (inclusive of TAX), will be issued for cancellations made before 48 hours of the event.
b. Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to the event entitle the client to a 50% refund of the original booking amount. The remaining 50% will be compensated to the Artist for reserving the date. A 10% service fee (inclusive of VAT) will be deducted from both parties to cover agency fees. The above cancellation charges do not apply on National Holidays and New Year’s Eve, Christmas day/eve.
Service Fee: Soul Artists charges a 20% service fee for any cancellation, which will be deducted from both the artist and the client equally. The service fee covers Agency Fee, Payment Gateway Fee, and VAT.
Force Majeure: In the event that performance of this Agreement or any obligation hereunder is directly or indirectly prevented, restricted, or interfered with due to circumstances beyond the client’s control (e.g., acts of God, wars, revolution, civil commotion, explosion, acts of public enemy, embargo, acts of the government in its sovereign capacity, strikes, picketing, boycotts, unavailability of equipment from vendors, changes requested by the Customer), the affected party shall be excused from such performance on a day-to-day basis to the extent of such prevention, restriction, or interference, provided that the affected party uses diligent efforts to avoid or remove such causes of non-performance and both parties proceed whenever such causes are removed or cease.
In case of a Force Majeure event, the client will be entitled to 100% of the original payment amount in Soul Artists credit, which can be used for any Soul Artists service in the future.
