How it works
After your event is completed, we send you an email inviting you to review your artist. Just follow the link in that email.
Rate your experience and leave a short message about the performance.
Your review appears on the artist's public profile and feeds into their overall star rating shown in search results.

Mention the type of event and audience — it gives context to future clients.
Call out punctuality, professionalism, communication, and the performance itself. These are the criteria that make up an artist's overall score.
Be honest. Only verified post-booking reviews are counted in our ranking, which is what makes them trustworthy.
Didn't receive a review email?
Check your spam folder first, then email bookings@soulartists.net with your booking reference and we will resend the review link.
