Clients who are members of Soul Artists can choose to reach out to artists with Direct Messages prior to completing booking to ensure better communication.

Direct Messages allow clients to reach out directly to artists after the artist has confirmed their availability and has quoted the client.

These messages provide a way to communicate with the artist's availability, expertise, or rate details before completing the booking. It’s also a way to discuss the client's event and ensure both parties are aligned prior to finalizing the booking.

Click on the message button on the artist's profile page

Add your event details so the artist can check their availability and quote you accordingly.

*Direct messages to this artist can be sent once you fill in your event details.

*After the artist quotes you and confirms their availability then you will be able to speak with them directly.

After sending your inquiry you have the option to review the booking or go to the messenger.

Proceeding to the messenger you will still not be able to message the artist directly util they have quoted for the event and confirmed their availability.

After the artist quotes you then you will have the ability to message the artist directly through the messenger, and the chat option will be available for you to use.

Once they have quoted you, the messenger will notify you that the artist is available and you will now have the option to proceed with the booking and confirm the artist for your event.

While messaging the artists you will be presented with automated messages to help you with the booking process, below are examples of the kind of messages you might see.

This option is presented once the artist confirms their availability and quotes you for the event. To confirm the booking you can proceed with the payment.

*Soul Artists acts as an escrow between you and the artist to ensure a safe and optimal experience.

Artists have the option to change their quote based on your discussion with them, if changed then you will be presented with 2 options (Accept, or Decline).

If you accept the quote then you will be presented with the proceed to payment option to complete the booking and secure the artist for your event.

If you decline the updated quote, then the artist will be notified that you have declined the booking and asks them to requote so both parties are satisfied with the final price.

Once the payment is complete you will be notified that the booking is confirmed and the artist will be secure for your event. Your contact details will be shared with the artist for further coordination.

Sharing your contact details or emails will be automatically redacted to ensure the conversation stays within the Soul Artists Platform.
