Keep your availability current
Respond to every booking inquiry promptly, even if the answer is Not Interested — declining quickly keeps your response time healthy and routes the gig to the right artists.
If a date gets taken outside the platform, decline any pending Soul Artists inquiries for that date immediately so no client is left waiting.
Only quote for gigs you can definitely perform. Withdrawing after quoting, without a valid reason accepted by the client, is a breach of terms and reduces your chances of future bookings.
Control what reaches you: Gig Settings
In your profile's Gig Settings you can:
Receive all offers (On) — see every relevant gig opportunity. Recommended.
Receive all offers (Off) — set a minimum offer amount so gigs below your rate never reach you.
Visibility — temporarily hide your profile (for example while touring or on holiday) and switch it back on whenever you like.
