How to cancel a booking
Send a Notice of Cancellation by email to bookings@soulartists.net from the email address on your Soul Artists account, including your booking reference, event date, and artist name. Your cancellation is effective from the date we receive your written notice.
What refund will I receive?
More than 48 hours before the event — a full refund, excluding the 20% agency fee (inclusive of tax).
Within 48 hours of the event — a 50% refund. The remaining 50% compensates the artist for reserving the date, and a 10% service fee (inclusive of VAT) is deducted from both parties.
National Holidays, New Year's Eve, and Christmas Day/Eve — the standard cancellation charges above do not apply. Please contact us to discuss your options.
Force majeure — you receive 100% of your payment as Soul Artists credit, usable on any future Soul Artists service.

How to change event details instead of cancelling
If you need to change your event date, venue, timing, or requirements, message the artist through the Soul Artists Messenger as soon as possible. Most changes can be agreed directly with the artist, and if the price is affected the artist can update their quote from the Messenger. For changes to an already-paid booking, contact bookings@soulartists.net and our team will update the booking for you.
What if the artist cancels on me?
You are covered by our Worry-Free Guarantee: if an artist cancels or does not show, you receive a full refund or we find you a replacement artist as quickly as possible.
